Welcome to

Cornwallis Lodge No.95

The Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Nova Scotia define Freemasonry as:

"Freemasonry is an organization of like-minded men who accept a lifestyle based on a universal system of morality dedicated to the self-improvement of its members and thereby contributing to the building of a better community."

Cornwallis Lodge #95 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons was established in 1926 and operates under the Grand Lodge of Nova Scotia. Freemasonry is the world’s oldest and largest Fraternity and not to be confused with a Service Club or a Benevolent society. Freemasonry has over 76000 members in Canada and is not the type of fraternity you would encounter in an university or college.

Cornwallis lodge meets monthly except July and August to conduct the usual formal business of any small organisation (pay bills, organise social and charitable events, etc.). In addition to business, the meeting may perform an age old  ceremony to confer a Masonic degree or education.

If you are a man of character with high ideals…you could become a Mason! If you are a man who believes in the principles of integrity, goodwill and charity as the foundations for your life… you could become a Mason! If you are a man with worthwhile values who makes a difference in your community…you could become a Mason!
